Refund Policy

At Head Honcho Stores, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • Must be in the same condition as received
  • Return request must be made within 14 days of delivery

Items that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for a refund.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the product
  • Your order number

We will review the issue and offer a replacement or refund if approved.


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Items not in original condition
  • Orders past the 14-day return window

Refunds (If Approved)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can only be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, orders are processed and cannot be changed.


Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us first at headhonchostores@gmail.com to resolve any issues.

Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay resolution and will be contested with proof of delivery and policy agreement.
